Westwood House offers three beautifully appointed suites individually, or exclusive use of the entire guest wing for up to seven guests – ideal for families or small groups.

The wing includes The Maple Suite, The Redwood Suite, The Birchwood Suite, and The White Room, combining relaxed comfort with understated luxury. Each suite has its own character, generous space, and thoughtful touches, just a short stroll from local shops and eateries. Bedrooms and ensuites open onto a verandah overlooking the garden.

Booking the full wing provides three super-king or twin rooms with private ensuites, plus a cosy single room sharing a bathroom with the Redwood Suite. All rooms include quality linen, Sky Television, tea and coffee facilities, and peaceful garden or countryside views. A roaring fire, inviting shared spaces, and an 11am checkout complete the experience.

Guests can also enjoy a solar-heated pool, pétanque and croquet lawns, nearby golf courses, and world-renowned vineyards just fifteen minutes away.

The house comfortably accommodates up to seven guests, making it ideal for families, friends, or small groups seeking space and privacy. There are three flexible super-king or twin bedrooms and one single room, with three ensuites and one shared bathroom, allowing everyone to settle in with ease. Throughout the house, light-filled spaces and carefully considered details create a calm, relaxed atmosphere that encourages guests to slow down and feel at home.

On warm summer days, the solar-heated in-ground swimming pool becomes a natural gathering point. Enjoy breakfast alfresco by the pool, overlooking the tranquil pond and beautifully kept gardens, with sweeping views out to the Tararua Ranges beyond.
